My friend Dan and I were having lunch at Contigo Peru, a local restaurant in Chamblee, Georgia, when Dan noticed a kitten in the parking lot. We named her Maria and now Maria and I are living together, along with my old cat Brandon who will be twenty years old in 2003 February.
With over nineteen years between their ages, Brandon and Maria are getting to know each other. There has been some hissing and chasing, but there is a little less of that each day.
